BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy — Functional Nutritional Therapist
I'm a UK-trained Functional Nutritional Therapist based in Cape Town, South Africa with over 15 years' clinical experience, working with clients across South Africa, Europe and the US (and other countries upon request). I hold a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy and take an evidence-based, root-cause approach to health.
My areas of expertise: women's health, gut health, fertility, and the sneaky art of behaviour change — because knowing what to eat and actually doing it are two very different sports.
I also live with endometriosis, so I know firsthand that food isn't just fuel — it's strategy. I use nutrition daily to manage my own symptoms, and I bring that real-world, no-BS experience into every session. If that's you too, start with my full guide to eating for endometriosis.
I'm pro bio-identical HRT when it's needed (no shame, no stigma — just science), and I'm obsessed with getting to the root cause. That usually means running proper blood tests, not guessing. Your body tells a story; I just help you read the chapters.
I'm the founder of Harvest + Habit Nutrition and write The Kitchen Table to share practical, research-backed nutrition guidance.
