The Method

The Behaviour Change Pillar

01.Awareness

We audit the existing rhythms of your day, identifying triggers and latent patterns that dictate your current health status.

02.Implementation

Instead of massive overhauls, we introduce micro-shifts — the smallest possible changes that yield the highest metabolic and behavioural return.

03.Integration

Health becomes your default setting when habits are anchored to your core values — ensuring the change outlasts our time together.

Previously Great Health Naturally

A fresh chapter for the same trusted practice.

I'm a UK-trained Nutritional Therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy, which basically means I spent years studying how to turn "eat your greens" into actual, evidence-based magic.

My areas of expertise: women's health, gut health, fertility, and the sneaky art of behaviour change — because knowing what to eat and actually doing it are two very different sports.

I also live with endometriosis, so I know firsthand that food isn't just fuel — it's strategy. I use nutrition daily to manage my own symptoms, and I bring that real-world, no-BS experience into every session.

I'm pro bio-identical HRT when it's needed (no shame, no stigma — just science), and I'm obsessed with getting to the root cause. That usually means running proper blood tests, not guessing. Your body tells a story; I just help you read the chapters.

Autoimmune conditions are usually treated as lifelong and unlucky. The functional medicine view — and a growing body of research on endometriosis specifically — tells a different story: your immune system is responding to cumulative inputs. Here are the 5 drivers, and what to do about them.

Coming off the pill: what the new cortisol research means for your stress response

A new study in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism shows total cortisol and cortisol-binding globulin normalise within about 4 weeks of stopping the combined pill. Here's what that actually means for your stress response, mood and recovery — and how to support your body through the transition.

L-theanine, the new meta-analysis, and why I keep it in my handbag

A brand-new Molecular Psychiatry meta-analysis of 31 randomised trials confirms L-theanine sharpens attention, may lift low mood after a single dose, and is remarkably safe. Here's what the paper actually shows — and why I personally keep it on me for dysautonomia-driven anxiety and take it from ovulation to my period to smooth out PMS.
